Dr. Norris has conducted research on women's health issues for more than 25 years, and has been funded by NIH for more than 20 years. Her current research interests include relationships among alcohol consumption and child sexual abuse, adult sexual assault victimization and perpetration, and consensual sexual decision making. Dr. Norris conducts both experimental and survey research and is interested in alcohol's learned expectancy and pharmacological effects.
