Dr. Ginzler is the recipient of a Mentored Research Scientist Development Award from NIDA, for which he will obtain advanced training in research methods and quantitative techniques, and conduct an study of substance abuse disorders and suicide, particularly in high-risk popluations of homeless adolescents. Before receiving the NIDA award, he was Research Coordinator on STARRS, a NIDA-funded research project under the direction of Principal Investigator Peggy Peterson, PhD.
