After presumably many appearances at the Puyallup Fair and other venues in Washington State, the WCTU Western Washington chapter gave our mechanical man to Dr. Roger Roffman, of the University of Washington School of Social Work, who used the display for several years at educational health fairs at the UW and elsewhere. 

In 2001, Dr. Roffman donated him to the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Institute, where he is now on display in the ADAI Library.
